Seems Carvell did not sign any TUPE agreement to transfer his services from OK Bulls Ltd to Bulls 2014 Ltd, if thats the case they won't be able to stop him leaving, and in any case once a player states his intention to leave then usually they do, as we ourseves have experienced with this very player, no point keeping a player who does not want to play for you. As it seems that we won't have to pay a fee Pitts is not part of any deal, but as rumours are that he was possibly set to leave then he may end up at Odsal if the Bulls want him, late in the day to find any players to come in.
Expect Carvs to be in Black & White to face Catalan on the 14th

It would be a decent signing but shows the shortsightedness of the club/coach. A lot of fans were very surprised when Radford announced no more forwards at the forum last year, despite the fact we were as light if not lighter than last year. Yet we get a 4 week injury to one of our forwards and we are looking at bringing another one in. Did the coaching staff honestly think none of the "1st choice" props would get injured this season?

If this is true and Hull are offering Pitts I would suggest Bradford take it and move on because as you say its very late in the day to secure players.
I'm not happy about the whole process and really feel for the Bulls Fans as it seems like there up only to be knocked down again but on a selfish note he could be just what some of us on here have been crying out for.

Incorrect. The T & A are saying “all players, employees and assets have been transferred to the new company”, namely Bradford Bulls 2014 Ltd, which was registered with Companies House last November.
If that is to be believe then Carvell HAS signed on so his contract still stands. If Gareth has signed, then he's a contracted Bradford player. I just hope the Bradford board can get this sorted ASAP as it's been a horrendous 18 months.

But now it seems both the T&A and the Bulls board have changed their minds
