Vic and Bob sketching together is still the funniest for me but the nutty, bearded, singing lothario with the buttercup yellow belt has been excellent in the first few episodes.

Thats a problem with sit-com and even sketch shows though, the joke only works a few times and if you've only got three episodes worth of humour it must be difficult to stretch it out to six, and for this m'lud I refer you to the item of evidence labelled "Terry and June Episode 496".
