A couple of nasty party pieces (as it were) from today's Telegraph on line:

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/damia ... sty-party/

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politic ... ister.html

The first piece is a pretty good hatchet job and spot on in my view.

Then there a people who think UKIP are nasty. Then there's Labour who like the other main party's are now trying to show how rabidly anti-immigration they are.

So, who can we vote for if we don't want a nasty party?

Nasty party ?

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/01/21/immigration-ids-may_n_4632089.html?utm_hp_ref=uk

Just lying with the aid of statistics which when examined don't quite prove the story that you're trying to spin.

But as long as you BELIEVE it to be right I suppose its OK.

Much more of this to come this year, this is just a start and its clear that xenophobia will play a big part in the next election with all of the party's shuffling around right now to appeal to the media and in turn the electorate who swallow the lies peddled therein.

You missed out Mr Farage pointing out that Tory defectors with loony views (not his words) are affecting UKIP's image.

At this point, as far as I'm aware, he hasn't said who are the other candidates who will be dropped, so we don't know their backgrounds.

But as I did mention, UKIP was very happy to welcome anyone who was opposed to equal marriage last year, from wherever. Either they didn't realise that that would attract some views that appear to most people to be particularly bonkers or for reasons of political convenience at the time, they didn't care.

It's just growing pains. Farage appeared content to be leader of a one-issue protest party. The party has now gained huge potential support and so could have real power and influence. Accordingly, he has to stamp on the focii of these sensational and smear stories which the Tories and press are constantly searching for.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Whoever you vote for you're going to get a coalition. At least in part as a consequence of the nastiness of the parties. And you'll get a coalition which includes a mixture of different types of nastiness.

We're currently hiring, from an agency obviously, the guys applying for the jobs have to walk past my office to get to their interviews, of the dozen or so that have been through so far, my untrained eye says not one of them was under 30, and most appeared to be pushing 40 and above. It's an unskilled job but the pay is about £11hr.

So the fact an Agency chose to send your company a bunch on candidates of a certain vintage proves what exactly?
