His abilities in the ring are pretty awesome. Now he has some direction, I think both of them will be better for it rather than the Rhodes Scholars gimmick (which has been fairly entertaining). Both of them were too good to be stuck in that though IMHO.
The WHC MITB was by far the best match of the night though and probably the best match I have seen this year.
Better than Punk v Taker mate?

Got to have my say here.
MITB like last year best PPV of the year , but its staggered me no one as mentioned AJ lees performance which I thought was top draw. She as it in her to be best ever diva in wrestling bar none.

I wish they'd bring back KOTR. Perhaps they could have it in February and have the winner go on to challenge for the 'second belt' at Wrestlemania. The Chamber is pants.

WWE wrestler Darren Young has revealed that he is gay, becoming I think the first ever openly gay wrestler while still with a major organisation. Credit to the guy, clearly has the backing of the company. Saying that you never know what WWE might do with the revelation, a stupidly-over-the-top flamboyant character wouldn't shock me knowing them. Been a couple of days of money-can't-buy-publicity for Young and WWE though.

That isn't how I read the video at all. TMZ were hunting, Fred Rosser had a think about it and thought 'What the hell' and just said it you could tell that by the interviewers comments afterward he was taken aback that he had said it. Also if it was staged it wouldn't have taken WWE hours to release a statement it would have been sat ready to go live on WWE.com immediately after he said it which it didn't

Just watched a clip on that popular video site and a couple of things don't seem right with this. Firstly off all the questions in the world you could ask a pro wrestler about pro wrestling, what are the odds of a closeted gay wrestler being asked about gay wrestlers? :S Also, search 'Darren young wwe' on said site. During a clip where Cena gets informed of Young's coming out, his girlfriend (whichever Bella he's seeing - I always mix them up, lol) appears to turn away, seemingly to hide laughing. Anakin, I feel very bad asking / suggesting this, but do you think the entire thing could indeed be a work?!! Like I said I know it's an awful suggestion on paper, but from watching WWF/E for 18 years it seems like there's nothing they won't do for mainstream publicity, and this has reached people who probably haven't watched wrestling in years (I've been stunned to see the likes of The Guardian and Fox jump on board for example). This must be the most mainstream press WWE has had for a decade+. If it's all genuine I commend Young a lot and apologise, but nothing shocks me with wrestling these days.
