Does anybody know what the FIT requirements are for Solar PV on commercial buildings? On a domestic property you need to score 55 or above on the EPC to claim the full tariff. For some reason I just cannot find what is needed for a commercial. Can anybody advise?

Check BREEAM, its the assessment method for commercial buildings.

Finally found it! D rating required for commercials as well apparently. Can't quite get my head around this, no chance D is an average rating on commercial.

BREEAM looks interesting, hope it's more user friendly than SBEM.
