The chest badges should be the Cougar head logo on one side and the Keighley coat of arms on the other.

Hooped socks in 2 or 3 colurs ; Red & green or red, green & white

Very good. I'm all in favour of our traditional green & red 'vee' and would love a shirt like that. Other possible designs to look at are the York City Knights home shirt and the Wakefield Trinity home shirt, obviously in our colours. Both very smart. I also agree that any Cougars shirt MUST have our town's coat of arms on it. Perhaps 'The Club's Voice' or 'Hello Trouble' will take note and let us have a fans' choice shirt...? One more thing - let's not have the 'Keighley' in 'Keighley Cougars' written in red on a red background so it's nigh on impossible to read it. Let's have Keighley written large, loud & proud for all to see.

Have thought on occasion to do a fans shirt in style of the late 70s (plain white with a red and
green vee with just the keighley crest on and maybe a sponsor somewhere on it to cover some costs )
, I once inquired and the minimum would only be 25 ish shirts , the cost was around
£25 a shirt , sell for £35 give the tenner a shirt profit to squadbuilder .

One or two people thought it may clash with the clubs shirt revenue stream so never took
it any further
I could enquire again if anyone would be interested .....

ALSO SUGGEST YOU GETTING 1,000 KEIGHLEY COUGARS HANDWAVING FLAGS PRINTED IN THE SAME DESIGN AND GETTING VOLUNTEERS TO WALK THROUGH THE MATCHDAY CROWD SELLING THEM AT COST (£1?) THE BOOST TO THE MOOD OF THE CROWD AND THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE GROUND COULD BE JUST WHAT IS NEEDED TO KICK-START AN UPWARD SPIRAL IN FORTUNES.

The club is planning on re-opening the shop in the town centre, but with it being a lot more than a few shirts on a rack. We are currently discussing various different types of merchandise with the ones we are confident of selling going on to be placed on sale.

Suggestions are welcome.

CAR FLAGS AS WELL AS HAND WAVING FLAGS IN SAME DESIGN AS PROPOSED 2014 HOME SHIRT

I'd always lean towards teamwear as it's what the kids want to wear/be seen wearing. Vests, hoodies, t-shirts etc.

Flags are always popular and if priced right could be a good seller.

What about Cougar Feed (sweets for kids in a box/bag all liveried up). Could be your vintage/popular sweets. Could also be a good gift at special times. If someone from the club wants to PM me I could possibly supply some ideas/trials?

BB Caps (get the players wearing them after the game as marketing).

Just a couple of quick thoughts.

If needed I can supply the clear acrylic fridge magnets and keyrings in any design
the club would choose , also can make and supply Button badges in singles or sets ,
again in designs supplied by the club.
I can supply these at a price that the club could still sell them at around a pound and
still make a decent profit but more importantly in the price range for the kids to buy.
Not a massive money maker but All great promotion and a little bit of cash flowing in.

Usually companies that supply these items make you buy a big order to start with ,
then people get stuck witth certain designs thus losing money.
I can supply in small numbers enabling more of a range to be aquired quicker leading
to more sales in a shorter timescale
