They could do it at the same time as they implant something that functions correctly inside your skull?

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Seems it's definitely official now...
http://www.itv.com/news/story/2013-04-05/leeds-childrens-heart-operations-to-restart/

The next phase will be getting Keogh and McKay in front of a select committee or even at a meeting of the three party MP's who have fought to have the "evidence" exposed this last week, oh how I hope that meeting happens and how I hope its televised, they are still fuming.

BTW - that building, the facade of the LGI in the ITN report, designed 150 or so years ago on principles laid down by Florence Nightingale that was :D

Two tweets just in from @GregMulholland1

Quote:Children's heart surgery to restart in #Leeds on Wednesday after the independent review declared the unit safe.

Quote:I am appalled at the deeply misleading statement put out by #NHSEngland & #SirBruceKeogh about the restarting of #Leeds. Quite disgraceful.

Parliament back in business next week and Leeds MPs lining up an early Commons question as to where the "evidence" came from and why it had never been presented during the one year long consultation process, Tory MP Stuart Andrew at the weekend was demanding to know why Bruce Keogh had withheld the "evidence" from the High Court during their review and at the presentation of its decision just 24 hours before he closed the unit.

Last tweet from @GregMullholland1
Quote:#SirBruceKeogh still trying to justify his reckless decision due to "rumblings" "bubbling up". Now many "rumblings" about his judgement.

Statement from the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is pretty much unequivocal even allowing for some PR spin you have to ask what happened to the "evidence" of ten days ago. no wonder they are calling for Keogh's head...

I think it was Keogh who was on R4 Today programme this morning, I missed the intro.
What an onanist.
He was trying to say that he was right to close the unit because he acted on info/stats that he thought were good ... but then later in the interview said that Leeds' info was incomplete and had bits missing (e.g. they had missed out baby weights in 30-odd percent of cases).
So, he was right because he acted on info he thought was good even though he could see it wasn't complete ... erm, just run that past me again?

Humphries gave him a very easy ride, at one stage even suggesting the answers to his own questions.
You could hear Keogh relax as he was given the opportunity to blame it all on Leeds' incomplete stats.

Sir Roger Boyle to play no further part in the new review not surprising really, his mate Keogh was unable to back him up on a live interview on Radio Leeds last Friday in which he did his best to distance himself from his own decision making and seemed quite pleased to have a scapegoat to point to, when asked if he thought that Boyle should step down from the Safe & Sustainable Review he paused and then said "I think the answer to that is yes".

And so it came to pass that one of the three MPs who are looking for blood on this found an easy target in the Commons today...

Well that's Boyle had his trousers pulled down and spanked by Hunt in the Commons.

Good of Keogh to use him as a human shield though. What else are underlings for?
