Keighley Cougars player-coach Paul March was suspended for two games after he was found guilty of committing the Grade B offence of using foul and abusive language towards a match official during a Championship fixture against Featherstone Rovers on Thursday March 7.


He was also fined £50 by the Disciplinary Committee.

I personally will be interested to see how we go without him. I don't think we've seen Marchy at his best in last couple of seasons and IMO I don't see him as first choice given the squad we have.

It's interesting that March got two matches, Thackray got two matches when he committed the above plus "aggressive body language" whilst Stupid League player Gareth Hock only got a one match ban (and he has previous).



Awaits the usual suspects (and alter egos/dopplegangers) to vent their spleen at the coach/directors/club....... etc.

I agree.

Sometimes under Barry and JD, our creative players looked shackled with them on the pitch. Perhaps this sometimes happens with player coaches.

Will be interesting to see how we go, but we really need maximum effort in the next few games.
