Dewsbury next week, beat them and there is no reason why we shouldn't, and we take a big jump up the table ... ninth position this time next week.
Leigh v Barrow ... big win Leigh Batley v Swinton ... big win Batley Dewsbury v Keighley Doncaster v York ... win for the Doncaster Featherstone v Workington ... big win Feath Hunslet v Sheffield ... big win Sheffield Whitehaven v Halifax ... big win Fax
Keep the faith people.
Is a dream a lie if it don't come true. Or is it something worse?
Please can you turn the PA system down a touch though? My ears are still ringing...
Many thanks today to everyone who once again supported us in buying wrist bands and donating your hard earned money to our bucket collection, the collectors today were Estelles three elder sisters Shannon, Siobhan and chantelle along with Gemma and Bradley, many thanks to them also, the total raised was £232 which will be donated directly to Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK.
Estelle managed to walk beautifully onto the pitch with Danny and Buster.
Now onto the game It was great to see a good win today, yes there were more points to be gained that didn't come off but never the less a win will have done wonders for the lads confidence, more so because of the fact a strong defence kept York from scoring a single point, well done lads.
Now lets see a good win at Dewsbury next week to back it up and we will be riding high
Well done lads and well done Marchy
A few of us will be walking to Dewsbury next week as part of our training for this year's charity canal walk, if anyone can commit to walking any distance of any day of the charity canal walk this year (14-17 August) then please email awalkforestelle@hotmail.co.uk for further information or log on to http://www.awalkforestelle.org.uk
Thanks Al

Some people will always look for excuses, one fan on the York forum is claiming that we tripped, held down, high tackled, shoulder charged, stood offside and forward passed our way to victory
Oh ...... and we had the ref in our pocket.
Some people will never accept anything that does not meet their expectations of what should happen.
The team really wanted it today; I say TEAM because it was a real team effort all across the park.
We did what we haven't been able to do so far this season - play intense focused rugby for 80 mins and cut out some (not all) of the silly errors we have been making.
It's good to see players coming back from injury and less D/R in the team - that long pass from Rollo to Barnett was a peach.
A big pat on the back to the players and coaching staff. With the amount of possession we had, it could quite easily have been 60 nill today so there is still work to do in that final 20 metres of attack, and no disrespect to York, but they were lucky to get the nil.
I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!
Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.
