Sorry Charlie Sheen but i learned all about Funk via 1970's Blaxploitation movies such as Superfly, Across 110th Street, Foxy Brown, Coffy, The Mack, Truck Turner, Dolemite and many more, didn't need no Rap or Hip Hop to turn me on to Curtis Mayfield, Bobby Womack or Willie Hutch
Canon EOS 60D, Canon EF 70-200mm F/4 L USM, Canon EF 50mm f1/8, Sigma10-20mm f4-5.6 EX DC HSM and that's how i roll
Judas Priest's Tyrant, better than anything The Killers, The Script & The Black Keys could ever come up with

I'm guessing thats without Cut Chemist?
With people saying Hip hop has died I disagree. It certainly isn't my first choice of genre but with people like Jhest and Doom coming from britain the future is bright with great lyrics

R&B with the likes of Rihanna, Ne-Yo etc. What's even more annoying is that most people I work with think that they are the height of musical excellence.

Madness The only two tone band who had no black members and a lead singer who just happened to be very close friends with two of the leading lights of the National Front / BNP.

They weren't my fave band but I saw them at Brid Spa in the very early 80's.I was on the balcony safely witnessing a mass scrap between 2 groups of skins from Hull and Donny. When it calmed down the group came on stage to a mass combined chorus of 'sieg heil' from the numbnuts downstairs. Suggs and the band did an abrupt about turn and refused to come back out until it ceased. True story. Anyway they were crap. Rankin Roger andd The Beat were much better at the Grand Pavllion, and without the aggro.
