Congratulations on your thread title, even the rag you linked to wouldn't sink so low as to blame the "public sector" for the insensetive remarks of an imbecile councillor.

Councillors like to consider themselves as providing public service.

To be fair to Dally he could probably link to any Daily Mail story and it would fit his headline.

I guessed who'd posted this by the thread title, but its very misleading.

The backpedalling councillor should sling his hook pronto IMHO.

It seemd Dally has little or no knowledge of Councillors (Dally in lack of knowledgee shock, again), most don't genuinely reflect the thoughts, values or opinions of the Public Servants in their Councils, Councillors change, the workforce, by and large, don't.

But hey, since when did Dally need to have knowledge to link to his opinion, once the Daily Wail have told him what it should be.

As someone who has spent 14 years taking legal actions against Public Servants (sic), I think I have a very good understanding of who they think and act: which includes words such as disgracefully, wilfully, dishonestly and illegally. Before you ask I DO hold oodles of documentation that demonstrate that.
