There is a lot more evidence for the creation narrative of Genesis than there is for abiogenesis.

If abiogenesis and evolution are correct, why hasn't it happened on other planets?

No it does not.
The world's population (not just Europe's) probably evolved from one man and one woman... but they were not a couple. They didn't' live at the same time.
Look it up and learn something.
