The thing about Hillsborough as far as I can see is that it could have been any football club this happened to, from all reports the game was in a right state back then and there had been several other close shaves that could have easily turned out to be the same tragedy as Hillsborough. I think the Police and the authorities messed up obviously in a terrible way and they disgustingly tried to cover their actions with the easy scapegoat of drunken yobish hooligans, which the game was littered with at that time. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with anti Scouse or anti Liverpudlian.
