It actually grows bigger when standing to attention, it doesn't just look bigger from what they tell me, I've not seen the evidence myself but as I say a few people I know have said the same thing, and its been confirmed by their partners.

After a quick spot of googling the only study I could find into this delicate matter was by Assistant Clinical Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Dr. Christopher Fletcher, who actually found that the adult penis of men circumcised as children is 8mm (3/8″) shorter than those who are uncircumcised. I doubt there is any difference whatsoever. If anything, removing the foreskin would make the tip of the shaft a little narrower when erect.
