Dunno about everyone leaving early, East Stand was still packed out at final hooter and the march in the West stand is normal with 5 minutes left, If you stayed to the end more often, you'd know that.

I listened to craig Sandercock in a pre-match interview and was in two minds whether to turn around and go home, the bloke showed no passion at all and basically said that the derby was a fans thing and the players and coaches didn't feel the same and it was just another game. Well Craig, you certainly have rubbed some of it off on the players as they played with no desire or passion for most of the game. One bloke near me said (and I had to agree) 'what we miss this season is Newton and Cockayne because those two would not have given up'
McDonnell isn't interested, he has his thoughts on pastures new, and we all know where he is going (he did his new employers a good turn tonight). Get shut now.
Latus isn't good enough, he was laughable tonight.
Our forwards are suppose to be twice the pack FC have, but they cannot offload to save their lives while FC offloaded at will and kept it alive.
Dobsons kicking game is awful recently and why the hell do we persist in kicking a short touch when we gat a penalty, get it upfield to save the forwards hard yards.
Green is poor lately, his options were terrible tonight.
We could see Whitings try coming two passes before, so why couldn't our defenders, why the hell was the two smallest men on our side (Dobbo and Withers) the only ones defending the corner, he was through before he got the ball. Our line defence is absolutely garbage.
Why did we take the two after a couple of minutes, it signalled a lack of confidence in attack and FC smelt it and it gave them a boost. Can you imagine Morgan allowing that to happen, he would have kicked some ar$es if they had gone for two so early in his reign. Most of us stood where I was stood feared the worst when we took that option.
We need a clear out, but sadly i doubt we can afford it. We need someone who can coach the pack to offload every so often, rather than just be battering rams.
Most of all, we need some heart and passion in the shirt, something we have always had in the SL era, but sadly now it has gone.

Very good, honest post from you there.
Things will turn around soon, I wait the day where both hull teams dominate rugby league again!

Personally I don't see the point, just to get an away tie at a place we will get beat, its likely to be Leeds or cats by the look of it. I would Edit-AS a few of them off now (McDonnell, Latus are two) and give the better U20's a few games ready for 2013, after all it's why we brought Sandercock in isn't it.

The players level of fitness looks appauling. There's so many things wrong with Rovers, I don't know where to start.
Oh and let's be honest, a derby game to finish 7th or 8th or whatever is embarrassing in itself, for both teams. Severly underachieved all season.

We wanted to win it more than rovers, and if you cant get the team fired up for a home derby game then you clearly have big problems, especially with our injury list and turner getting punched out of the game jeeeez

We have Dave Scott don't we in reserve grade who has genuine pace? Yet is never given a chance, Latus will never make it, but it's nigh on impossible if Sandercock never drops him.

A fair post, although in the recent past derbies I thought Rovers were more up for it than us,tonight seemed a role reversal.Rovers first half looked totally disinterested.
