just read on page 34 of the albanian robber,who was sentanced to 4years in 2005 and offered £750 to go back,smuggles himself back in,commits another crime,given 12 months and to be deported.he appeals on the groundes he is the father of a child to an english woman and deporting him would infringe his rights to family life.he must have a visa now to stay here i suppose, so i was wandering if rangi chase could pursue the same channels for his visa.his ctiminal record is no where near this character.

Think AP mentioned something about the recent changes to visa applications had "Human Rights" implications. Maybe they've been changed to keep out people like your albanian example. Don't think we should we should protest over 1 rugby player if this is the case.

Personally I would sooner some-one fleeced a bookies than break my jaw

Also considering hes lived here however many years, got an english girlfriend, played for england and currently has a visa, you wouldnt think it would be so much of a problem
