Hopefully some good news soon on the half back front. The club knows the position needs addressing and have the funds to make it happen.
He might have to. Just to prove how "friendly" he is toward our new owners, and how he is not the small minded jealous individual we know him to be. If it goes through though I bet he goes home and kicks the dog!

Desperation is rife for most of the fans right now Paul. We can all see the problems with the lack of a quality pivot, and to be fair to the club, then are trying to address this. It's a little bit like Christmas at the moment, we know there are some good presents/surprises in store and the excitement is at fever pitch. Some women on here will want theirs gift wrapped.

Pearson said recently that he sees the side in the top 5 next season so I think everyone needs to get a bit of a grip on reality about who we will be signing. THink the mysterious 6 will include a few youngsters and maybe a couple of experienced but not top class SL players. Hopefully get one good prop and probably one younger one. Sounds like we may be in with a chance of chase but it's a high risk signing and not sure if it will come off or not.
I certainly don't see us building a competition winning team in one off season but just hope we get the right mentality at the club from next season
