That's an odd thing for Gentle to say. I thought Russell was here for a month which would then be reviewed? PG seems to believe he'll be here for the season and calls him an acqisition??

If that is true then the story off the Hull site is very odd, as I can't see us signing Chase in all honesty. Holdsworth though would still be a very good signing.
the names that kept being mentioned were Chase, Brough and Holdsworth it would surprise me more if we get Brough of Chase. thats not knocking Holdsworth just that the other two are more 'high profile' would welcome any of the three but would be more confident in Holdsworth being more of a team player, having the right attitude, someone who PG can build his team around
