If i had a choice id take Holdsworth as think he would be a better team player...i dont get they hype with Chase and think he is vastly over-rated but if he signs then he gets my backing as he is wearing the cherished black and white.

Chase is a good player, but the baggage he comes with means he'd be a poor signing, in my opinion. Would rather have Holdsworth.

Ditto, also need to bear in mind chase has no real quality kicking game so wouldn;t be ideal with him and seymour kicking for us

Gentle was pleased with the debut of McGoldrick, who was only registered at 2pm today and chosen at full-back ahead of youngster Matty Russell.

That's an odd thing for Gentle to say. I thought Russell was here for a month which would then be reviewed? PG seems to believe he'll be here for the season and calls him an acqisition??
