Why give it that title then? The search continues would have been more apt. Either annouce Rangi or think more carefully about the title. Look how the rumour has gone today! Have we signed Chase ,or are we in a chase with other Clubs to secure our halfback target?

We've got an offer on the table and it looks pretty likely he will sign,he hasn't signed yet. By putting it in the title they're giving the fans a clue,rather then saying in the article were after chase.I find the title quite funny myself

I know nothing about what is going on at Cas, but knowing RL as we do, a Chief Exec or Chairman leaving mid-season is almost always bad news. Just look at what was going on behind the scenes at our club when Kath and Co hot-footed it back to West Yorkshire!

Yes I'm aware we've signed GE who is an outstanding signing everybody would agree with that. Also Lynch was a very good signing.

id say pitts has been a good addition and has a great offload to his game aspinwall just a average utility but been good so far and watts is a potential star needs to shift some timber and put the muscle on instead though. martin was always a strange 1 well past his sell by date and mcgoldrick well i dont see him as a good signing and not got any pace to be a fullback wierd 1 but hey ho he will be gone at end of season

Setting themselves up for a bit of stick though if they don't secure the deal. Should have kept it quiet until the signature is on the contract IMO.

All very amusing. Whether intentional or not, it's caused a right kerfuffle. Can't see us signing the current Man of Steel, but even if we did there'd be some on here to be bleating about it. As others have said, we absolutely need a maverick type player in the halves to go with a more structured 7. Would be ecstatic if it were Chase, just can't see it. Another fun rumour to go with the 100s of others so far this season.
