If they find a new club and they want to extend the deal, then they should count on both the quota and the cap.
Why?
We could end with clubs with 13 overseas players, it doesn't help.
If your quota's full you miss out.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Sport is in the entertainment industry and by simply saying "tough luck, pack your bags" to overseas players because of a situation that they have no control under would severely impact super leagues ability to attract quality (entertaining) overseas players going forward.
I remember traveling to Australia in 2000 and was shocked when I picked up an RL magazine that had a 4 page spread on overseas players not been paid the money that they had been promised by English clubs. The majority of the article focussed on Peter Walsh (that name still makes me shiver) and Gary Lester, who surprisingly, painted a very bad picture of our club. There was no mention that any shoddy shenanigans that might have taken place were conducted and carried out by a previous regime and the article left the reader thinking that this was how our club and the game in general was run in this country. It did make me wonder for how many years this type of publicity could have impacted on our overseas recruitment.
Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?
Far too much serious discussion and not enough wild speculation on this thread.
I heard the same three names mentioned from Bradford yesterday (Crookes, Kopzcak and Whitehead). Also been told that Chase was all but signed but his recent misdemeanours have caused things to stall somewhat (he was the big name half back we were in for). I'm also led to believe that Paea is the prop and that deal is now a case of dotting i's and crossing t's. So who the 4th guy already confirmed is I'm not so sure, but looking at the balance of the squad I'd guess he's a utility back. Just to pluck a name out of the air how about Luke Gale as half back/full back cover?
I have no proof of any of this btw, just what I've been told by a few different people with varying track records.

I know it's an entertainment business, our entertainment has gone down because we were to reliant on overseas players and now the money isn't there anymore we haven't got quality overseas players or many quality youngsters coming through.
I don't know why you care about recruiting overseas players, the money isn't there anymore.
Concentrate on paying your youth players who could stay with your club for a decade.

Kopczak would be the best signing out of all of our players imo and I would he picked up alot from lynch. Whilst whitehead and bateman in particular are cleary going to get more attention, there are less good young props, and I believe Kopczak is one of the best around.
Panther clearly knows some bright people as those rumours are accureate. Crookes is on board, and elima is looking likely. Having watched alot of elima, he lifts the team massively and other teams dont like playing against him so id say he would go really well for you.
Kear is much better than crookes imo, but it may be too late to change your mind. Anybody who gets lulia will get a match winner, real classy player in the mould of Hape. Kearney is quality in attack also but on big £££/
I have no problems with Bulls players getting exemption from the quota for clubs willing to honour their current deal, but any contract length over that they should then count. But cap exemption should only be for the remainder of this year.

Koppy and Bateman would be my first choices, would love Lulia but think we have sorted our centres.
Brough is moving back to Hull and wants to come but we will have to pay a hefty transfer fee to get him. Doesn't appear to be much better out there so will be intresting if we do pay a fee would lay down a marker.
Might be worth having a look at Luke Gale as an option.
WE RUN BEST AT THE END. WE RUN BEST AT THE END OF PRACTICE. WE RUN BEST AT THE END OF THE RACE. WE RUN BEST AT THE END OF THE SEASON WHEN IT COUNTS THE MOST.

I don't know if anyones asked this before on here (and I cant be bothered to go searching through all the pages ), but with the 6 players AP mentioned, do Watts and Pitts count toward them?
