So the FA stripped Terry of the English captaincy, they ended up sacking their manager because he was peed off about it, but they didn't want anything untoward happening???
Police action is clearly of a more serious nature than being dealt with by the FA, so the FA rightly suspended their investigation pending the outcome of the court case.
Didn't Hodgson say that Ferdinand has only played once for England since 2010? I guess that's Terry's fault too?

So which players have been suspended pending an investigation?
TBH Terry's reps were responsible for him losing the England captaincy. They asked that the court case taking place in the off-season, so as to cause less disruption to his career. So they got the July date, the FA said that was too long to wait with it hanging over his head so they decided he couldn't be England captain.

Bowyer and Woodgate.
Did you miss this Jose??

I cannot say what Ferdinand's form was like, as I haven't watched anywhere near enough to judge. (And I suspect you haven't seen anywhere near enough to judge Terry either, but you're Man U, you'll do what you want.)
But I have seen plenty of Terry and overall he has been excellent in a badly performing side. Yes, he has screwed up with a red card against Barca, and he sucked ass against Liverpool with everything he did turning out wrong. But I suspect Rio wasn't too hot when you get smashed 6-1 by Citeh.
But this season Terry did pick up an FA Cup and Champions League winners medal. Surely a winning habit is something that England need, Terry has it right now, Ferdinand doesn't.
It is also funny how often Man United players can decide to quit on England, but when the England captaincy is available, or a player has decided he actually CanBA then it's a scandal they aren't picked. But then again, you're Man United, you'll do what you want.

A winning habit? Classic. Rio has won far more in his career. John Terry won the FA cup and disgraced himself AGAIN in the champions league semi and final, cost his club the trophy in 2008. Hopefully the rat faced, mate's wife shagging, disabled abusing, american 911 laughing, pissing in a nightclub, allegedly(racial abusing) cuunt is in prison in a few months time. I don't dislike any player in any sport as much as I do John Terry, a truely horrible individual. How many times have the FA had to take the captaincy off him?
John Terry really is a waste of skin and air. Wasn't he also father of the year a few years back too ? He'll never win as much as Rio will. He is a horrible individual and it was funny seeing him get in to his Chelsea kit and celebrating the Champions League success like he took part in the game. The sooner he retires the better.

Did they find out if that Ferdinand pic was real or photoshopped? (the one where it appeared to be him holding a sign saying 'Woy do I look bovvered?'). If it was genuine him, Terry and Rooney should all never pull on an England shirt again IMO.
