Recently, I've been heavily involved with a campaign called the Coalition For Marriage (C4M). This campaign seeks to preserve and protect the definition of marriage which has served mankind well since year dot (the Garden). You will no doubt have heard certain noisy parties in the media declaring their support for an alternative definition of marriage. I respectfully submit that such a reclassification would have a profoundly negative impact on society.

How dare you or any of your fellow sheep decide who's love is more important.
Marriage predates the church by millennia. If anyone has done any usurping, it is the church, making claims of an authority it has never possessed.
And since year dot, What does this mean? Science has shown us how old the world and universe are, the Babble and religion was the first guess at our origins, it's been proven time after time how wrong it is only to be kept alive by the weak, gullible, scared and monsters who hide behind their cloaks to rape children.
love you and your petition.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

And also Rush Limbaugh.
On another note I find it ridiculous that these homophobic organisations such as Coalition for Marriage and The US based National Organization for Marriage claim to be "defending" marriage when in reality they are simply preventing other individuals from having the right to get married. In american states which do not have civil partnerships gay couples are denied things such as visitiation rights and other benefits that straight couples are entitled which is an absolute disgrace.
It also annoys me when these bigots fall back on the argument that they are merely opposed the the redefinition of the term "marriage". The fact that individuals who are vocal in their opposition to "redefining marriage" are often also opposed civil partnerships and other laws granting equality to gay peoples would suggest that arguments about "redefining marriage" are merely a red herring and that their opposition to gay marriage is a result of bigotry, which is often based on an individuals religious beliefs.
I'd also argue that if you hold that marriage is the gold standard when it comes to relationships as many conservatives do then surely it makes sense that you should be encouraging gay people to get married rather than preventing them from doing so as many conservatives are attempting to do.

I signed it too but somehow I can't imagine my Chinese alter-ego (Fuk-yu) being taken too seriously but I'll wait to see if they reply to my e-mail address (fuk-yu@ifukmen.com) or write to my postcode (SW1A 2AA)
