There is a birds nest in my honeysuckle, being watching the bird carry wormy things on her beak, sits on the fence for ages before going into the honeysuckle, fascinating. The dogs have started to sit for hours on end looking up at the honeysuckle I tell them off and talk to them about leaving the birds alone, to no avail. Going to be a nightmare when the little ones come out to fly, last year they had one cornered, had to chase them with the brush, don't think they want to eat it but I fear they may put it in their mouths in all the excitement....I may write to Bill Odey for some tips on how to deal with all this

I tried to rescue a baby blackbird last year, we had a dog at the time & he was going mental trying to play with it. After I'd put the dog in the house I tried to get the poor little thing nearer to the trees it had come from but without actually touching it & that's when the overhead attack from its parents started, I couldn't get near the thing. I was whizzing the peg bag around my head to keep them away.

Loads of deer around sutton driving range. Nearly hit one the other day. Do i geany points if i do hit one of them? We always said 1 point for an animal, 5points if its large. 10points for a home fan (away games) and 100points if you ever hit an FC fan and reverse.
so the panel took the same view as your excellent assessment.
I'd have shot it, they taste delicious.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
