Loddon Hullabaloo 4.2% in the Mile Castle and Rudgate Ruby Red 4.4% in the Union Rooms (both pubs are Wetherspoons just 2 mins walk from Central Station).
Just enough time for one in each of the Station bars before returning to Doncaster ...
Caledonian Flying Scotsman 4.0% in the Centurion Bar and GK IPA in the Newcastle Hero.

Got a fantastic barrell of home made stout on the go. probably the second best beer ive ever made, flowing down nicely. the best one was a stout i made with grated liquorice sticks (took me two hours to grate the stuff). My bro tasted it and said wow it tastes like theakstons old peculiar. my proudest moment, except it was supposed to be a liquorice stout lol

Some advice please boys. I only really like dark ales,guiness,murphies,manns etc.I recently tried thwaites tavern porter,moorhouse black cat and riggwelter blacksheep,all very drinkable and all from morrisons,can you give me any pointers to anymore dark ales i can try from any supermarket as we've got them all in Leigh these days,thanks.
