Will Nick get his place in the side when he returns from injury? The present 4 props have done a great job this season. I think he is off contract this year as well.
He's not impressed enough for a new deal, we have better options at prop than him now, spend the money we'd save on a good stand off and get rid of BJ.
And Manuokafoa is caught up in wanting the same overseas spot as Jarrod Sammut, who is only off quota for one season. so it's not such an easy decision. though in truth I don't think Scrutes has been at his best whilst at the club.

Langley was written off last year as always injured and no form when he did play, different again this year and back to his best. Diskin likewise last year played with a shoulder injury for 10 or more games until playoffs were missed, then he had a reconstruction. Was Nick also carrying this one for a while, when you look at his stats for those first few games he was not just a bit but well below previous performance levels, so I am hoping he comes back and blows this topic apart with his performances, and I would certainly want to contract Hargreaves MnM and Tom for next year. O'Brien seems to have had a good game back, at 7 for the u20s, so I am confident of a good end of the season.

Langley was injured often and often playing with injury, but IMO his form was never in question. He's consistent and like a duracell, just keeps going and going. IMO the same cant be said for Nick, if he was OOC I wouldn't like to see him offered a new one and I would like to see the Bulls try and offload him anyway. Surely his wages are extortionate for the value he offers, which is little to none IMHO.

By all accounts Scruton has now paid off his mortgage due to his vastly improved contract which was offered by the Bulls in order to tempt him away from the Rhinos All he needs now is a bit of money to live off each week, and if you don't re-sign him then i'd bet that quite a few clubs will provide him with this required income Sadly Scrutes will prove to be yet another ex Rhinos player that left the club for money and will end up at a club at the basement of sl I hope that the Bulls keep him because he could still yet prove to be an excellent pack leader, if he stays injury free
