For me, it's more about who I'd bring in. First on my list is an defensive coach to work alongside Sandercock. Then Welham could become the Centre we always hoped he'd become. But I'd definatley drop Welham next game when Webster comes back, and keep Salter on the other side.

Not get rid of but like a few I think its time Welham had a think in the 20's. Nobody should think if they're fit they play but watching Welham it does cross my mind, he's still an attacking force but defence is turning that into a bigger negative for me. Hope that new contract wasnt too expensive.

HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!

Be disappointed if Salter is dropped, he's been solid.

Agreed. He's really impressed me from the start. He's good in defence but needs to back himself more offensivly. But that will come in time. Great prospect tho. Were starting to get a production line coming from the 20s now.

We would need a defensive coach with an infinite supply of turd polish to get Welham tackling.

I must admit, given that he's 24 and should already be good at tackling, at his age I'm thinking that he never will be!

I have never seen the big deal with Welham. Every time I have seen him play he has been your weak link in defence and he was a turnstyle again on Friday. How that lad got picked for England is beyond me.

Even McBanana hasn't been that daft yet, he's not got a cap yet. He's placed on a pedestal by many Rovers fans due to him being our 1st home grown SL player, but he's always been a shocking defender and I'd drop him in an instant if I was his coach.
