Having watched Fox for 4 seasons in R&W, he was never favourite to score. Routine cover tackle, but managed to extract jizz from 14000 people due to its significance at the time.
Carried Fox 6ft? What the hell are you talking about? It was the exact same scenario; Winger diving for the line - put in touch by other winger. One was a 'routine' tackle and the other was the most amazing act ever carried out on grass.
FC fans are hilarious, I might go tonight and watch the Airlie leavers - always cheers me up. The only thing putting me off is that ridiculous price of the away section, I might start a thread about it. Robbing sods.

Then I'd be sat amongst your vile supporters, perhaps that's why the away stand is priced higher? It's a bit like buying a cheap ticket on a train and sitting with the mutton or travelling VIP.

Just watched it again 'cos it makes me feel happy. Briscoe ran 30 yards - as play swung swiftly across field - to take hold of Fox at speed sliding him 6 feet and into touch. Fox was already diving for the line. Sublime.
Hall's tackle was a good try saver but not a match saver, and didn't have anything like the awareness and execution of Briscoe's.
