Liam Watts, not doing enough to make up for the massive amount of field position he gives opposition by giving away stupid, needless penalties.

Kris Welham. Worst tackling centre in the league and quite possibly the next league down.

He was just a turnstyle last night. He offered no resistance at all.

I'll get slated as usual but my choice would be

Clinton = On big money allegedly and not offering enough on the pitch.
Latus = Simply not good enough and has never really looked good enough to make an impact.
Netherton = Defence appears more solid when he's on the pitch but surely we can buy a player of similar defending ilk who poses a threat going forward.
Hall = Far too inconsistent surely we want a player who'll play to a decent standard ever week.
Watts = Gives far to many penalties away and half the time looks disinterested and lazy.

Wheeldon = Already gone but he'd have being here if he'd had still being at the club.

Just as bad. Bad a hash of catching a standard high ball and seemed to have lost some pace. Maybe he was tired from all the chasing back he did when a player ran past him with little or no attempt to stop him.

I know the feeling, we saw it all too much. Its a shame i really rate Hall, in attack he's ace and in broken play he's super, its just defence where he's behind the 8 ball.

The thing about Hall is there is some genius there but an error rate too high to merit a starting 13 place. If you remember back, when he was signed from Hull, where he was brutally exposed at full back and never got a run at centre, the line at Rovers was that he would be played only in his favoured position of centre albeit down the pecking order. And Newton I think did a pre season piece on him in the HDM saying how his confidence was eroded at Hull but all was well, especially defensively. 2 coaches later, and is he any different to the player he was when he signed? Still got pace and elusiveness, still makes too many errors, still played at FB, wing or 6. A shame that none of his coaches have unlocked the obvious potential.
