Hull Kingston Rovers are delighted to announce that half-back pairing Michael Dobson and Blake Green have extended their contracts with the club until the end of 2014.
The former Australian Schoolboy internationals were both due out of contract at the end of the 2012 campaign but will continue to form a formidable partnership at Craven Park for the next three seasons.
Twice named in the Super League Dream Team during his stay with the Robins, 25-year old Dobson has made 94 appearances for the red and whites, and said that he is pleased to put to bed speculation linking him with a return to the NRL.
"It's really good to get it all sorted out and there's been a bit of speculation but I'm really happy to have sorted it out and I'm really happy in Hull," Dobson told Hull KR.tv.
"Hopefully we're challenging and winning a bit of silverware," was Dobson's aim for the next three years.

Dobson at least is last year's news. (The clue is in this: "....due out of contract at the end of the 2012 campaign but will continue to form a formidable partnership at Craven Park for the next three seasons".) Are you a real fan?

They both extended they're contracts last season just before it was announced that Morgan was leaving so it's old news, there is an announcement Tom in paper about player extensions

Erm you can tell it's old new by the amount of appearances Dobson has. 94 is so last season.
"They supercede individuals, they supercede the team and they supercede the club. Our club is a traditional, working class club and the supporters are loyal and passionate and to see them go away happy really makes my day." Craig Sandercock.
