and also ...back on topic please....
If this can was full and had actually hit a player on the head, it could have killed them, so the subject is in no way funny, just as our own lighter throwers and pie throwing incidents weren`t ... It is a serious issue that is becoming more and more common in the RL circle...

Don't disagree, but the lighters pelting incident was in a high profile televised play-off game, featuring the game's highest profile player and the RFL said they were launching an official investigation. Last that was heard of it. There's no appetite in the game to invest time and effort into sorting this sort of thing out, unfortunately.

Indeed it does need to be. Quite how, is pretty much impossible.
