I wasn't happy at all but I'm smart enough to accept we're not going to be world beaters overnight.
Seriously, have a word with yourself.

Just admit for once, FC were the better team.
I don't understand this tree hugging comment, is this something you're into?

Spot on,FC were average and still thrashed us,what does that tell you?If their were signs of improvement or youngsters being developed then their might be hope, but i can see neither, nor do i see it being better in 10 games or next season, people need to open their eyes he's not good coach, not a good motivator, not the man for us!

Here's a reality check for you doom and gloomers, he's under contract and we haven't the money to pay him off and employ someone else, he's here to stay, get over yourselves and give the man a chance.

Can anyone tell me what he has done these last three months. He's not very pro active with the fans, he doesn't come across with much personallity. And his excuses after a defeat are rather laughable. If Morgan had these results this year, we'd be after his head. What makes sandercock any different??

Whatever he is on, it's false economy to pay him off and employ someone else, the board won't do it and if you think little rants on a message board would change that then you're as daft as the idiots trying to organise a sea of red and white by waving scarves and flags.

i would hazard a guess at their being clauses in the coaches contracts that allow for termination with no sort of compen if results are not good enough...
It will simply be down to how long the current board are willing to let this continue, like yourself, i never expected to see rovers challenging for the upper positions in the table, but like many have become very disappointed with the lack of passion shown out on the pitch.... and this is where the buck stops with the coach, he is the one that is supposed to get the best out of his players.
Fair enough we have had a awful run of injuries too some key players, but so have other teams and they do not consistently put in poor performances like we are at the minute..
This is a results based sport, and simply we have not been good enough....
