Hull KR chairman bashes the RFL in a leaked letter. Reading through the lines seems all is not so good in the land of lies and deceit. Looks like its just a matter of time before the nest club announces its got money problems. And looks like a number are not too happy with the RFL. Personally I hope the RFL with Wood and Lewis are called to task for the mess they have helped to create with te lies and BS regarding SL. And exactly how much help have they given Bradford Bulls? Where was the RFL when we, Blackpool, Keighley, Whitehaven etc needed a lot of help to survive? http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/rugby_league/4237271/Rugby-league-is-bankrupt-says-Hull-KR-chairman-Neil.html

SL just gets better and better. Don't listen to Hudgell - listen to Eddie and Stevo. Listen to Lewis and Wood wax lyrical about franchising and how it's making clubs stronger. The fruits of their fantastic strategy will be witnessed when England win the World Cup.

BTW, Bradford ticket against Leeds on sale on Ebay for five quid. 'Ave some o' that.

SL on the verge of meltdown?

My immediate reaction would be let's hope so! saw a little of nige's vacuous interview on Sky news, no answers just the usual bull. I look forward to the day when Rugby league reverts to an even playing field (Our Batley friends honourably exempted). The best way for any organisation to be strong is to support those at the bottom of the structure so that they can realistically aspire to progress, a notion seemingly lost on the fats cats that have our game by the balls

Local government cutbacks = great unless you want your bins emptying or your vulnerable relative supporting

Thats blown it for Hull KR then the knives will be out, next time they need a favour they will get stitched up by the Fat Controller he will want his revenge.
SL is the be all and end all of the RFL and now its broken their world is blowing up in their face, the trouble is they will NEVER admit things are wrong until theyy have no money left after bailing out club after club.
I would love to see the RFL's accounts they would make very interesting reading, but I bet getting a copy would be like getting hold of the Crown Jewels.

I don't have the time to go through all SL sides, but Bradford didn't look healthy when this was updated

Super, better and better and better, strength to strength, I award Grade A's to all of em. Everything is super smashing marvellous, Its the best sport in the world being watched by more and more people than ever, ever, soon it will be a Galactic Phenom.

People need not worry that Clubs go to the wall, we haven't beaten the Aussies for decades and that if it were not for a handful of millionaires we'd be even more in the do-do.

Just look at the adverts, they're triffic, look at the trucks, what other sports are on Friday nights eh!

I've been working with Auditors for years, they are not interested in being invited back next year to do another audit and keeping a lucrative contract themselves, they are interested in Rugby League, the vision, the dream, the truth..

Oops did i get that right

Well done to the guy with backbone from Hull KR.

Personally, I see no joy in SL or a SL club going to the wall. Many people on this thread bemoan the fact that we weren't allowed onto the top table, so they want to see SL suffer. Look at the attendances in our division, going down. Surely SL via TV and the press keeps Rugby League in the public eye. It's a hard sport to promote, any failings can only be bad for the sport.
I can honestly tell you that when the RFL asked (told) us to apply for SL our club was unsure whether they wanted to. Remember one of the criteria for survival in SL is a (money paying) crowd of at least 10,000. Let SL get on with it. Let's get on with our own League and enjoy.
