He started on the bench but got the last 15 mins up until HT then came off at around 60mins and went back on for the last 10mins or so.
With Anthony Bowman playing at stand off, Brad Radcliffe moved into the hooking spot in the start line up. A fair bit of 1st team experience in both sides with Bowman, Josh Barlow & Mark Goodman for Halifax, Jesse-jo Sherrife & Gav Duffy for the Cougars with Jonnie Simpson on the bench for them also.
Fax controlled the game & won something like eight tries to three with a lot of unconverted Fax tries.

Jesse-jo Sheriffe requested a release from Halifax so he could join Jode at Keighley.

really suprised we didnt fight to keep him, when watching the u23's games last year he was our best player.

You cant blame him for putting himself before the team but KH wont have that so when he requested a release no one was that bothered, afterall he wouldnt be getting any game time in the first team and it looks like he has gone to Keighley to play second team anyway.

I'm thinking he's already played 1st team at Keighley this season, I seem to recall seeing him as a try scorer in a match report somewhere, maybe i'm wrong.
In fairness to the lad, if Worrincey & White can't get in the 'Fax side, he was a long way down the pecking order !
