Turned an ankle in the opening 10 minutes then suffered a back injury that makes him a doubt for the Derby.

Yeh he did, our dominance coincided with him been on the pitch.

Using last night's performance to 'rest your case' when said player clearly picked up an early injury and continued, then picked up another one. Is frankly desperate and pathetic.

Hope he's soon back from his injury, as he has been great for us this season, as has been shown by the way our dips in performance have coincided with him and Paea been off the pitch at the same time, hence CS splitting them up and starting with Clinton, and bringing Paea off the bench when he goes off.
I dont get the 6 drives for him and Cox in the Huddersfield game, as several people I spoke to agreed with my opinion that Cox had one of his best performances to date in a first team game.
I think I'll carry on forming my opinions on players form/performances from what I see with my own eyes rather than some Phil Clarke type statistical bull wap.

Based on this thread I started to monitor Clinton's work at the start of last nights game. He'd done 4 carries in the 1st 2 sets, and was well into double figures before I got bored and started talking to the Cas fans about the propect of a 40 all draw. We should be so lucky!

Double figures in the first 10 minutes? When he only did 6 the week before all game lol. Wow the guy is good.......

The stats are often flawed anyway and often given to the wrong people.
