Could be a possibility, but we'd need to be confident he can continue to play 80 minutes as he reaches the end of his career. Unless with the amount of forwards we seem to be getting who can do big minutes we used one of the 2 young centres off the bench for some games to give them experience too?
TBH it's a backhanded compliment that the rovers trolls are trying to divert attention away from what is in essence a fantastic signing and one they'd have loved to have made themselves.

If only they could afford it eh?
They're now talking about a couple of marquee signings to go along with opening their new stand. Unfortunately I don't think they've appreciated that their new stand will still require even more regular monthly payments from their ever decreasing revenues.

Or the impending major investment from uncle Assem.
I may well be wrong but I doubt that your offer wasnt the biggest, however saying that whatever he is on he is a class signing.
I dont know how full your cap is and what it is expected to be next year but does this mean Briscoe will go? He has stated he wants to play in the NRL and I respect him for that but I would advise Hull to try get a transfer fee.
SL needs a quality Hull side. With Saints possibly going through a transition phase SL needs another side to step in and replace them. Hull have been sleeping giants for a while. If your a top 4 side next year you will probably be averaging 16-17k.
As a Leeds fan I am a bit gutted that he didnt come back to us but then again we were expected to sign Harris and Morley when they came back to SL and we coped alright. He was my favourite player while at Leeds and the thought of him pulling on black and white saddens me but to see him back in SL will be great.

Not half as gutted as Frostie.
Has he surfaced yet?
