Just totally elated, and what a signal to all the teams in the SL and those restless star players. Like a few others, I'm also getting that Steve Norton deja-vu signing feeling. After he came any player was possible and the success came with it. Its a 3 year plan I keep telling myself, but that may yet be reduced by a season, signings like this will make things happen.
No point in trying to second guess what will happen with Manu, Tickle, Centres etc. I trust this board and know that Pearson will not make one move that will make us weaker on the pitch, and other additions will be quality and those leaving will be the right ones, no time for sentimentality, we've waited too long for this.

I agree with you there Standee, also it says in League Express he wanted a wider role, quote Peter Gentle " He was adamant he wanted to play on the edge, so I've given him that chance and he hasn't let me down, he's been one of the form players since round 1....... "

if/when tommy b goes, tom lineham would be a ideal replacement for him. watched him in the u20's at weekend and he is a class act. big, strong, quick, reads the game very well...star of the future for sure

Manu off the bench with Tickle and Ellis as 2nd rowers and Westerman 13.Lets just wait and see what happens with Moa and O'Meley before we start speculating....they might have another lined up for all we know......Fielden on a reduced contract for a couple of seasons to enable Bowden to be ready????

Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Great signing, although probably in the position we needed strengthening the least. Hopefully it will lead to other great signings, and more professionalism within the team. As exiting as this is, I'll be gutted if Moa leaves. Forwards with genuine impact like his are hard to find.
