Currentley going through court with ex partner as my son lived with me she got him then through a residencey order leaving me with sataday 9am till sunday 12pm thn 2 hours wednesday till the 17th april.
She is saying she wants 60 a week or goes through them. Told her a cant afford it with all the picking up dropping costing me 20.00 a week in fuel with legal fees on going at 200.00 ph a provide food an clothes well he with me as she makes me dress him in clothes a purchased before i leave.
my wage is 312 thn 260 after tax so do they take anything in to concideration or is it just something like 50% off your wage before tax
oh and i had already offered to set a standing order up off 20 a week that was refused then 30 which was also refused this was the day after court 3 weeks ago
There is a specific calculation, which you can google, that will work out what payment you are recommended to make. If you cannot agree a figure between you, then the CSA can do its own calculations and enforce them.
The calculation takes into account your wage, your ex partners wage, your outgoings, her outgoings, how many nights a week you have your child, whether you have a partner living with you, whether your ex-partner has a new partner, whether either of you have any other kids with other people, and whether your or her partner have kids with other people.
In other words, people on the sin bin can't tell you. You'll have to make your own enquiries.
