Look at it again mate. Brown is level with the kicker and that is on side. Then he palms it down backwards, just look at the point on the ground where the ball drops in relation to the bodies.

they shoukld take a leaf out of the lower league games and listen to what the video-ref is saying, and what hes actually looking for. Takes 30 secs tops.
