As I mentioned in the match thread, in attack we look to have better options, but the defence is if anything worse then last season. Not sure what the problem is, poor tackling near the line, and the positional sense of the players seem to be the main problem?.

Defence is the worst I've seen it whose in charge of it this season the invisible man Thought sandercock was pin pointing this as a major improvement....., were still Waiting Craig obviously these one to one sessions he as with players aint working.
Makes you wonder if all those who were demanding justin go were right after all. I have to say that if sandercock communicates with the players like he does the press then there's no wonder you're a shambles

Sandercock's been fine with the press, comes accross as a quietly spoken articulate man, you might want to get over the bitterness that you arn't the top team in the City anymore before making obviously untrue comments, and if we are a shambles what does that make Hull FC after the past few seasons?.

I thought when we looked good we looked really good - defence and attack. Unfortunately we didn't sustain it anywhere near long enough. Our try late in the first half was against the run of play, in all honesty. Weird game all round - what happened with the break for their 1st half try, where Kearney just took it off Clinton (I think)? Had Clinton stopped? I think we're showing some good signs, it is just very, very patchy. On a side note, the bias in Sky's coverage was pretty bad, I thought, and reminded of the final round of last season when it was all about Cas. I expect it against Saints and Wigan, but rubbish-era Bradford and Cas - get stuffed. HKRTV was already making Sky sports look much poorer value, without the commentary team rubbing salt into my wounds with really, really undisguised glee. There's plenty of gormers who'll do that for free for me on here.

IMO the route problem is the team's lack of patience - they feel like they need to score on every set regardless of the scoreline.
A lot of Bradford's breaks came from errors from our own possession when we were trying to be too fancy when a turn over near the opposition's line would suffice.
The team showed the can be quite devastating when they have their game in order but they need to show more patience and better game-management which is maybe an area of our game where we miss Blake Green.

Understand comment about Green however as he's not played yet do we know if he's been missed? and the sign of a good team is to make sure he isnt.
