Get a grip man. What does he have to prove ? Hes done it for Hull and England, you could argue that the only thing he needs to prove is he can cut it in the NRL which he could and by all acounts he wants to go to test himself unlike majority of England "superstars" who are happy to play in England for a top 4 team.

I always think if Ryan Hall, although an excellent player already, ran his weight he would be devastating due to his size but doesnt seem to like the heavy contact.
You clearly haven't seen much of Ryan Hall. From the beginning of 2010 to date Hall has made 21 more tackle busts than Briscoe.
He'll have a couple of years in the NRL, then back to sign for Leeds. Big loss, but players come & go. Use the salary to fund a move for a top class stand off.

Given your posts regarding Sinfield and 'Flanders' I'm glad you dont agree with me.

Said this on the old Tom briscoe thread but will say it again, Luke said at away shirt launch that he wants to sign for an NRL club that doesn't have any English players.. And I jokingly said 'think cos your at Leeds you could get Tom to come' and he said 'he'd never sign for Leeds'

I despair at what is happening at our club, not only are we becoming a feeder club for our neighbours we seem to be a feeder club for warry, huddersfield, leeds and now australia. What has happened to the days when top players wanted to sign for us.!
