Hall doesn't need to create chances for himself. That's not his job and he's got a choice of excellent centres to do it for him. As for running the ball out of defence, he may not do that as much as Briscoe but if you watch him regularly you'll see he's as good as anyone and better than most. Hall runs out of defence like a forward, winning collision and setting the team on the front foot with monotonous ease.

If I were Briscoe I'd be asking my agent to tout me around RU clubs. If christ ashton is a star in RU then Briscoe would undoubtedly be and has the potential to be a millionaire in fairly quick time
Understand your sentiment there but wouldnt you rather lose him to a top aussie team and say we made him rather then to kick and clap? Would claim Hall as slightly better all round at mo but Briscoe has plenty of time in hand.

He is world class IMO. Some of the plays he makes from nothing are unreal, what he needs to work on now is playing like that consistently. He hasn't played to his full potential so far this season, but I would rather have him peak when it matters.
He would be a big miss but would wish him all the luck over in NRL, great opportunity for an early twenties English lad. I'd imagine the club are already looking for his replacement.

hall is undoubtedly a better winger but I think briscoe has more to his game than hall ever will

The things he isnt so good at are easy to improve mainly, some defensive positional plays and catching which can some times be an issue. The things he's really good at such as breaking through a broken field and power running through and taking tacklers with him is just pure talent.
I always think if Ryan Hall, although an excellent player already, ran his weight he would be devastating due to his size but doesnt seem to like the heavy contact.

Players come and go, if briscoe leaves the club will carry on and us fans will carry on moaning. If this youngster who we have just signed is as good as what people make out then people might soon forget about briscoe. Before him it was Raynor, the club will find and produce players.

Manly - Claiming Oldfield and Williams are both better is laughable.
Melbourne - Duffie is a young star but I'd rather have Briscoe than Quinn.
NZ - Beast is better no doubt Tupou is average.
Souths - Depends if you class their starting wingers as King and Merritt if so they are both better than Briscoe
Roosters - Perrett is safe as they come but Carney is a unknown quantity due to his injuries.
Dragons - As I said Morris and Nightingale both better.
Knights - Uate is the best in the world IMO but McManus is ordinary.
Titans - Meade is a speedster but would pick Briscoe over Michaels who is a better centre.
Tigers - Nobody has a clue how Tuquiri will come back after injury and Utai is either amazing or terrible.
To claim Panthers, Eels and Cowboys is that hilarious I'm not even going to pass comment on that.
This post is just so wrong about a lot of these players. If these guy are average what is briscoe? My god he has so much to prove. He has massive potential but is doing nowt with it.
