Personally I dont think there is a better winger in Superleague with ball in hand, both in attacking areas and clearing his line. However his defence and positional sense has always been just as bad as Will Sharp was last year. However because he was so good with the ball this got brushed under the carpet. This year Sharp has improved and he hasnt and he is probably our weak link in defence atm.

Not sure about the ball in hand part, in attack he's not as good as Hall is finishing wise, clearing the lines he's probably no better than equal. The one part he has that no other winger has is, as you say, the ability to create his own chances. The try at home to Saints last year was a particularly good example. But these happen only once or twice a season.
