When these "wealth creators" move their goods to market on their own private roads and have employees taught in their own private schools they can consider themselves self-made and apply for a rebate. Readjusting their understanding of how they came to be successful seems like a more immediate priority than finding a way to cripple the budget in a climate of austerity.

It's politicians that are that are the problem. They constantly screw the country up with their stupidity. Eg some of the current c**p coming out of Cable defies belief. Like allocating resources to likely growth sectors - as if anyone knows what they will be even in the relatively short term.
