Depends if there were any financial constraints. If I had Abramovich type funds I'd knock it all down and start again with something quite similar to the KC.
Even further into the realms of fantasy I'd buy back the Morrison's site and put the club back on Holderness Road or bribe council members to let me have a lot of East Park to build a whole complex, sports facilities, hotel etc. Call it the Roger Millward (R.M.) Stadium. First and foremost pay back the Egyptian and keep him well away from Rovers.
