A new North stand in place of the current golf stand with a set of boxes running down the sideline meeting the current west stand.
An extension to the current east stand on the south side to complete the structure.
The golf stand will be moved to the south side of the ground an be used for away fans.
Have I got everything? Will the golf stand be covered etc.?

The future of the Golf Stand is unknown - it was originally touted to have been moved to the south end after our friendly game. Whether or not that is going to happen now - who knows? There's been chatter about a south end development, but nothing has been made public. If the Golf Stand wasn't part of this development, then I think the feeling was it maybe a waste of finance.
So where are away fans going to go this season/next? I don't know

allam was supposed to be funding a south stand which was going to house some kind of community facility but I'd heard he's pulled out along with pulling out of his proposed funding for Hull Ionians

Not sure we've spoke with Allam about the South stand. Rovers have plans for the south at an advanced stage.
"They supercede individuals, they supercede the team and they supercede the club. Our club is a traditional, working class club and the supporters are loyal and passionate and to see them go away happy really makes my day." Craig Sandercock.
I think they just need a small terrace close to the pitch for away fans. Maybe half seated, half terraced. Similar structure to the smaller stands at Salfords new stadium. Surely wouldn't cost the earth!
Or just a fairly large terrace in the same style as the east stand.

Wow, an instant improvement straightaway!!
Seriously though, I'm pleased that you got your funding. It adds to the city if we both have our own grounds and by both sustaining their Super League status then, both club's benefit further.
Hopefully you'll also get to sort out the South Stand and extend the West Stand too. Without the funding news, I feel you would have been moving into the KC from the start of next season?
