They're busy discussing whatever matters it is that they've booked the suite for, probably a large scale drug deal like in the film, The 51st State, It matters little where they are, Infact, if they're not fussed on a view - stick them behind the posts.

According to the plans on the Hull CC website that top row is all for disabled supporters.

So the North stand is small then? Judging by your pic. I would have expected it to cross that path with the club shop and the space for new business etc. And my sons used to do their martial arts at CP, so I'd say I've probably been there more times than a lot of your fans.
