Looking at the floor plans I guess the biggest thing from Rovers perspective i think isn't just the extra seats. It's what goes across the top of the stand in 15 corporate boxes.

I know its difficult to tell from looking at an artist impression but, i hope they have designed the first row of seats just in front of the corporate boxes low enough down, otherwise there could be some dissapointed people in those boxes, especialy when people in the seats stand up which they tend to do from time to time throught the game

Unless they are external seats for the corporates like the KC has.
Otherwise will be a bit squashed all looking out the windows
