The curse of the arm band has struck again!
Its probably now a case of selecting a player as captain who the side can do without . . . any suggestions Lol!
Oh well, as one door closes another one opens, the injury to Scotty will regurgitate a debate I started the other week about giving one of the youngsters a go.
After watching Jase Nethertons performance in the 20s last week i would like to nominate him for the captains armband at Warrington. In all seriousness this week i would rest everybody who isnt 100%, take the hiding that is coming and prepare for the next 2 winnable home games.

R.B.A. Exactly my thoughts,2 winnable games coming up after warrington and assuming we can raise a side,7 points out of 12 bearing in mind we have played 3 of the top 4 would be more than acceptable.!

I'm not so sure. 2007, fair enough, we had to pick our matches a bit maybe. Now I think, within reason, we should chase every point hard. We can beat anybody on our day. We'll also certainly have slips along the way - we can't afford to write-off the Wire game, on the assumption we'll definately beat Bradford or Widnes. 'Winnable' is not same as 'won', and Wire are good but not unbeatable. IMO.

I agree. Plus a hammering doesn't do the team or the fans any good.

I've seen enough this season to give me the belief that a near full strength Rovers team can beat anybody. However i dont think that going to Wire with 7 or 8 players missing and a couple more playing patched up gives us any realistic chance of winning. I would hate to see Withers and Dobson rushed back before they are ready and then breakdown resulting in a long lay off.
