Is Dr Pease still at the club? He joined the board as Strategic Development Director a year ago and I thought he sounded very good. You can never have too many directors. Unless you've only got a boardroom table with 11 seats.

Our boardroom table is one of those extending ones, were just having trouble getting the finance and planning approval to open it up,
